Positioning the brand as ‘the perfume people’, we focused on galvanising the store around its real differentiator – the expertise and passion of its employees. This served as a platform for a rejuvenated visual identity, a reinvented employer brand and a tone of voice that embraced The Perfume Shop’s true personality.
