Doug Hamilton, Founder
As founder of WHAM, Doug continues to set standards in the industry. His projects include Three, the world’s first 3G mobile network, Powerstick, Peroni and INQ. Often accused of being a one trick pony, an attack he takes as a compliment, ‘it’s a very good trick’, he likes working out what businesses are and helping them become what they can be. Better recognised, remembered and understood.

Alex McReynolds, Executive Creative Director
Alex graduated from the National College of Art and Design in 1999. He became Creative Director of The Bank in 2005. In 2006, he went to the Czech Republic as Chief Creative Officer for Young & Rubicam, where he won national and international awards including the Grand Prix Golden Drum and Gold in Art Directors Club. On returning to London, Alex rejoined The Bank as Group Creative Director where he developed campaigns for Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Grolsch, Pilsner Urquell, helped launch Truphone, Sabai and did brand comms for William Hill. Alex joined WHAM in 2010.

Rob’s core discipline is architecture and brand experience. From retail design through to large scale infrastructure and destination branding, Rob has a passion for creating integrated design, and has worked internationally for clients as diverse as Lloyd’s of London, NatWest, TATA, Orange, Heathrow Express and El Corte Inglés. He has a strong interest in sustainability, and would like to work with clients who want to redefine their sector.
