After a truly inspired decision to organise a few jolly cricket matches this summer, WHAM have doggedly tried to secure a pitch worthy of our wonderful team. Despite the many obstacles that have riddled this process, we are unmoved! So, rallying the troops from the furthest reaches of our building, and calling on members of the INQ team to join us, we have assembled a rather pleasing number of participants.
Despite the guise of a relaxed affair, as the summer draws near the steely determination for victory of the WHAM team head honcho is almost palpable. Perhaps after an ice cold bevvy and a morsel or two of bbq-d delights, their competitive streak will be somewhat allayed… One can but hope.
